- Purchase information: information related to purchases through Microsoft Store and/or a payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers or other payment credentials.
- Transferred file data: when files are transferred via cloud relay, files temporarily pass through our server. See Section 4 for details.
- Access logs: IP address and browsing information collected when you access this website, including through Google Analytics 4.
2. Purpose of Use
- To respond to support inquiries.
- To confirm purchases and provide information related to the Software.
- To improve the Software and respond to bugs or technical issues.
- To analyze and improve the usage of this website.
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- Microsoft Store and/or payment processors: for purchase and payment processing. Their respective privacy policies apply.
- Google LLC: for website analytics using Google Analytics 4.
- When disclosure is required by law.
4. Handling of Transferred Files
Files transferred with the Software are handled as follows:
- Transfers within the same Wi-Fi network are sent directly without passing through our server (local mode).
- Transfers between different networks use an encrypted HTTPS cloud relay server (cloud mode).
- Files relayed through cloud mode are deleted immediately after transfer. If they are not received, they are automatically deleted after a maximum of 60 minutes.
- The contents of files, photos, and videos are not recorded in server logs.
5. Cookies and Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect and analyze access information through cookies. The information collected is anonymized and does not identify individuals. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.
6. Storage and Management of Personal Information
We take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, leakage, or similar risks involving personal information we collect.
